How does fee collection work for coaching classes or schools?+
Fees are paid online by parents or students via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), cards, or net banking. Funds land directly in your KwikUp wallet and can be withdrawn to your registered institution bank account.
Can we issue automated completion or participation certificates?+
Yes! KwikUp includes automated verifiable certificate generation. For events and workshops, attendees who check in receive a personalised certificate with a unique verification link and QR code. Quizzes don’t issue certificates yet.
Can we manage multiple batches or time slots for training programs?+
Yes. You can define multiple batches with individual capacity limits, dates, and morning/evening timings. When a batch fills up, it closes automatically or moves applicants to a waitlist.
Do you offer custom setups or white-labeled portals for universities?+
Yes. Our team provides done-for-you custom admission portals on your own institution domain (e.g., admissions.yourcollege.edu) with CSV exports and launch support on WhatsApp.
