1. Who we are
KwikUp is operated by Haronex Technology Pvt. Ltd.. In these terms, “KwikUp”, “we” and “us” mean the company; “you” means anyone who uses KwikUp.
KwikUp lets organisers (people and businesses) build forms and event, course, tour and appointment pages, take registrations and collect payments. Attendees are people who fill in those forms or buy tickets.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian’s consent, to create an account.
- Give accurate details and keep your password safe. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
- Organisers who collect payments must complete identity and bank verification (KYC) before payouts.
- We may suspend accounts that break these terms, put attendees at risk, or are used for fraud.
3. Organisers’ responsibilities
You are the seller of your event, course, tour, appointment or product. KwikUp provides the tools and payment collection; the contract for the event itself is between you and your attendees. You agree to:
- describe your event truthfully — dates, venue, prices, speakers, inclusions and refund terms;
- run the event as described, or cancel it and refund attendees through KwikUp;
- hold any licences, permissions and insurance the event needs, and pay applicable taxes, including GST on your sales;
- use attendees’ personal data only to run your event and as allowed by law;
- review pages created with the AI page builder before publishing — you are responsible for what you publish.
4. Payments, fees and payouts
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. KwikUp does not see or store card, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials.
- Attendees may pay a convenience fee shown at checkout. Organisers pay the managed platform commission (2%–10%) shown in their dashboard. It is charged once, when you withdraw, on the part of the withdrawal that comes from your sales; money you add to your wallet yourself is not charged commission.
- Your sales are credited to your KwikUp wallet in full, less any refunds you approve. New earnings become available to withdraw after a short holding period shown in your wallet. You can withdraw to a bank account or UPI ID you have saved; each request needs your account password and a code sent to your email. Requests are reviewed and the transfer is made by the KwikUp team, usually within 7 working days.
- We may hold payouts for an event under review for fraud, chargebacks or complaints, until it is resolved.
- Chargebacks and refunds you approve are deducted from your wallet balance.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Each event shows its refund policy before payment. If an organiser cancels an event, attendees are refunded automatically. Details are in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable use
Don’t use KwikUp to:
- sell tickets to events that don’t exist, or collect money under false pretences;
- collect passwords, card numbers, Aadhaar numbers or other sensitive data you don’t need;
- publish illegal, hateful, sexually explicit or infringing content, or promote gambling, weapons or drugs;
- send spam, impersonate others, or try to break, scrape or overload the service.
We may remove content or pages that break these rules and, where needed, refund attendees.
7. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you upload and the responses you collect. You give us permission to host, display and process it only to run KwikUp for you — for example, to show your event page and email tickets. Templates, designs and software provided by KwikUp remain ours.
8. Service availability
We work to keep KwikUp available and secure, but we can’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features; if we make a change that significantly affects paid features you rely on, we will tell you in advance where we reasonably can.
9. Liability
KwikUp is not the organiser of events listed on it and is not responsible for how they are run. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid KwikUp in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or data, except where the law does not allow this to be excluded.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under Indian law.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue. Disputes are subject to the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We’ll change the date at the top and, for significant changes, notify account holders by email or in the dashboard. Continuing to use KwikUp means you accept the updated terms.
